The lounge/diner has double doors opening onto a balcony that is equipped with table and terrace chairs and has magnificent views of the gardens and sea. There is also a comfortable settee, easy chairs and a dining area complete with table with chairs. For your entertainment there is Sky TV/DVD and a hi-fi music system. Each bedroom has an oscillating fan for your added comfort.
Surrounding the property are courtyards, botanical gardens, a waterfall, tropical fish ponds and lawns for you to relax on. The lovely full size swimming pool is just 100 yards and car parking is just outside.

Outside The area of Playas de Fornells is famed for it’s location and the beautiful botanical gardens, waterfalls, open lawns, ponds and courtyards where you are free to wander of just laze and relax.
Each property also has its own terrace complete with furniture and all have extensive views of the sea, the bay, the gardens and the surrounding rolling hills. There are 2 full size pools only a few yards away and the sandy safe beach is a few minutes walk. For those more intrepid guests just a few metres away are little rocky coves that are ideal for swimming or snorkelling. The surrounding national park and woodlands provide a wonderland for exploring by foot or horseback whilst only a km away are sailing, windsurfing and diving facilities. There is a daily bus service to Mahon and Fornells.
