A £200 deposit is required upon booking and this will be retained and returned when a satisfactory inventory is received, the payment for the accommodation is payable in advance no later that 8 weeks prior to travel. Cancellation: Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge. 4-8 weeks 50% of rate refunded. 2-4 weeks 25% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks no refund.There is a weekly charge of £30 for the use of the air conditioning for the months of May to October inclusive.

The villa is highly suitable for children, continental quilts are provided for all the beds for the chillier evenings and the full air-conditioning can be used for cooling and also warming the property. Entry dates are flexible.
If the villa is to be used by 6 people there is an additional charge of £50 per week to allow for the cost of the extra cleaning required.

All the villas on the development are privately owned so it is never crowded as most owners use their properties for personal use only.The gardens and facilities are maintained by a private maintenance company so the area is kept in a tidy condition for all to enjoy. Being on a hillside all properties have lovely sea views and are suitable for all year round renting as in the winter months there is the Troodos Mountains ski resort.Historically Cyprus has many ancient buildings close to the villa and are very reasonably priced, there is also the popular waterpark for the young at heart!

Excellent local facilities both an Peyia and Coral Bay with Banks and Cash Machine plus a large range of bars and restaurants to suit every taste. The safe sandy Blue Flag Coral Bay beach is just over 5 minutes away by car.

Changeover days are very flexible as flights arrive in Paphos every day, there is a minimum rental period of 7 days.Arrival no earlier than 4pm, we would request that you leave the villa by 11am to allow for cleaning.
