It is renowned for its Polo and some of the best Golf courses in Europe.
The apartment is only 3 minutes to walk to the beach and the main port of Sotogrande & the new Sotogrande Blue shopping centre (opening Easter 2009) where a variety of restaurants, bars, banks and shops can be found. There are also the beach clubs, sailing, water sports, bike hire and tennis all within 10 - 15 minutes walk. Horse riding is also available on the estate.
Sotogrande by car is only 45 minutes to Marbella, Puerto Banus and Gibraltar 15 minutes where it is possible to take the ferry to Morocco and go Dolphin & whale watching.
There are plenty of places to visit such as Seville, Granada, Ronda and Casares.On site:

The apartment is situated on its own Island in the marina overlooking the water.It has a private southwest facing garden with its own private swimming pool. There is also a covered and uncovered terrace. All of which can be illuminated at night by external lighting.
If you are driving there is an underground garage as well as off street parking.

Access to the island is via its own bridge and security over the canal. Entry to the apartment is by videophone with twenty-four hour security both on the Island and in the resort. There is also secure underground parking. There is a lift that services both the apartment and the garage.
