A beautiful villa, in a beautiful location, with a feeling of home-from-home. We've done our utmost to ensure that your stay in our villa is a comfortable one, and hope that you will find all the amenities you require.

The villa sleeps six to eight, with the villa having one standard double bed, and two rooms with twin beds. The double bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms are separated by the main bathroom, with the other twin bedroom away from these rooms but adjacent to the shower room. Accessed externally, is the optional fourth 'attic' bedroom with a double bed, TV, air-conditioning, en-suite toilet and wash-basin, with open-air shower on the sun terrace - suitable for larger party of 7 or 8 people (not available to let separately).

In the villa there are two showers, one over the bath and the other a normal shower. Both the bathroom and shower room have a toilet and washbasin, catering adequately for 6 people, and additionally the main bathroom has a bidet.

In the kitchen there is an electric oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave, and in the utility room a washing machine.

The living room has ample room to accommodate six people.

The price is for rental of the villa, regardless of number of people (maximum 6), with option to purchase additional fourth 'attic' bedroom (double bed - maximum 2)
