Classic Small: A two floor villa sleeping 4 persons.
The ground floor consists of an open plan dining/living area and a fully equipped kitchen with: : electric cooker/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron/ironing board, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a full range of cooking equipment and utensils.
The lounge area has tastefully decorated with wood and cane furniture and it also has a fireplace. There is satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and movies/books collection.
There is also a separate WC which has a wash-hand basin and toilet.
A wooden staircase leads you to the two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.

Emerald Classic Villas consist of eight villas, each one placed in an area of 1000sq meters. Emerald Classic Small villas are 80 sqm each one. They all have their private fenced land, private shaded parking area, private full tiled pool (4x7, 1.50 deep), sun loungers and umbrellas, covered terrace with table and chairs for 4 and an outdoor shower. All villas have magnificent views to the Ionian Sea, Kefalonia Island and Agios Nikolas Port.
