Bed and breakfast is available on this calm 31 hectares of plane, forest and lakes. L'hippodrome gets its name because it was the rendezvous in the 19ème siècle to view the horses races. A celebrity authoress, Georges Sand came here to write. L'hippodrome is near to Mézières en Brenne a sweet village where there is a good restaurant, place to drink and a lots of different shops. The guest rooms have been designed in keeping with the style of the house. We have just established a swimming pool which will make happy our guests.

At 45 minutes of road next to Chatellerault, you can visited the Futuroscope, a big futuristic complexe. At 1 hour on Nohant-Vic, you can visit a magnificient house where lived Georges Sand. Next to the home, for lover to nature, there are the Brenne Regional Nature Park. Different beautiful castle like Amboise, Chambord, Azay le Ferron, Azay le Rideau, Valançay.
