Located on a small quiet complex in the central, level, casino area of the resort. No nearby hills or large numbers of steps to climb. Only 300 yards from the beach and bustling promenade. Bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc are all only a few minutes easy level walk away.
The apartment is fully equipped for self catering, comfortably furnished and well maintained.
The swimming pool and sundeck area are thoroughly cleaned every morning and there are ample sunbeds available.
The complex has no childrens club or noisy poolside activities.
There are no other hire or use charges added. All equipment supplied is free to use
Our professional registered management company are readily available twenty four hours a day to look after you, help and assist. They are Lanzarote 'locals' speak fluent English and their native Spanish. They offer full emergency contact and translation services.
For those of you with late departure flights our management offers secure left luggage facilities, showers or even an apartment for your last day (small local charges apply). You can therefore relax and enjoy your last day without being 'homeless'

We check our e-mails regularly from 7.00am to 10.00pm every day.
Once availability is confirmed we can e-mail our booking form to you.
We then reserve the apartment for four days to allow for its return.
A part payment of £100 per week is required, the balance payable 60 days before departure.

Our apartments are well managed, correctly presented, sensibly furnished and fully equipped. The lounge has comfortable casual seating and a full dining table. There is a 32" lcd Tv with sky family and entertainment channels, UK radio, DVD's etc for the occasional night in. Ceiling fan, safe, iron, first aid kit, poolside parasol, 3 pin outlets etc are all provided. The kitchen has all that is necessary for a full self catering holiday. Full cooker, large fridge and freezer, kettle, microwave and toaster.
Full sliding doors lead to the large sea view balcony with dining table, comfortable chairs, parasol and two sunloungers.
The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and inspected every week.
Our apartments are fitted with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers for your safety. Please refrain from smoking within the apartment...the balcony is very comfortable.

The apartment has two bedrooms with comfortable twin beds. Ample wardrobe and clothes space. Spare blankets and pillows. Ceiling fan, essential in summer months, bedside lights, safe, hairdryer mirror and dressing mirror. Uk electic socket.

The bathroom is fitted with a thermostatic shower for your comfort and safety and there is ample hot water.

The complex and pool area is clean and well maintained. There is a large car park for use of guests. We realy are only 300 yards level walk from the sea front and promenade.
There is a small friendly bar just outside the complex gate.
This is a first floor apartment accessed by a wide external staircase with good handrail.
