Waouw...is the most common comment and feeling when people enter our paradise in the sun, for the first time.
This is really a nice home and not just a holiday-letting-apartment.
All furnitures,in and outdoor-decoration and style of this beautiful home is the result of several years of living,enjoying and loving Puerto Pollenca and specially The Pine-Walk area.
Most of our guests keep coming back year by year but still you can find a week or two for you and your family or/and friends.
Our dining-room can easily be rearranged as a3rd bedroom if reqeuried.
Just bring your own clothing and foot-wear since everything else is provided within the flat ;-)
The wonderful and BIG teracce of 50 square-meters is half covered and half open so you can allways choose to stay in the sun OR shadow.
BBQ,sunbeds and garden furnitures are in very nice style and condition as well as the green plants all over the outdoorplace :-)
So if you are looking for a vey nice stylish spacieus place with a huge balcony and view of the sea and Pine Walk...well this is it...if you want your money to cover more than just sleeping, that is :-)

Dining room,living room and the 2 sep.bedrooms are all in superb condition with fine decoration and furnitures to enjoy during the colder days in the winter.

Master bedroom has a Queen-bed and the other 2 singel beds. Both bedrooms has good space and built-in wardrobes.
